The Westwood Landowners’ Association (WWLOA) is currently accepting applications for the position of Courtesy Patrol Driver.
The successful candidate must have:
– Valid Texas Driver License
– Good driving record
– Good interpersonal skills
– Not been convicted of a Felony or Crime of Moral Turpitude in the past 20 years
Job responsibilities for the WWLOA Courtesy Patrol Driver include:
– Perform routine neighborhood patrols
– Build and maintain a good rapport with members of the community, our contractors and county employees
– Deliver Welcome Packs to new landowners
– Support WWLOA office staff
– Deliver ACC signs for landowners with approved ACC applications
– Place meeting and event notice signs at all neighborhood entrances and remove after events
– Run errands for the WWLOA office and board of directors
– Meet with contractors to discuss the scope of needed maintenance and repairs as well as following up to ensure all work was performed as quoted and needed
– Attend the Annual Meetings as well as assist with the preparation, set-up and return of WWLOA equipment after the meeting
– Be on the on-call list for office WWLOA office alarms
– Formally reports to a member of the board of directors
– Can receive day-to-day job assignments from the Office Manager or other board members
– Hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with 1 hour for lunch. Occasional planned and unplanned overtime may be required
